📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into technical requirements • Contribute to process automation and data analytics projects using modern BI and data platforms • Extract, cleanse, and blend data from internal and external sources • Build and maintain automated workflows and pipelines in Databricks using SQL, PySpark, and notebooks/jobs • Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code to accelerate development, testing, and documentation of BI tools and automations • Partner with DT and Data Science to expand and sustain solutions • Create simple, direct, and actionable visualizations that guide users to action • Lead project deliverables and deadlines with clear plans and status updates • Mentor junior team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field • Minimum 5 years in business operations, data analytics, BI development, or process automation • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a modern data/BI platform, such as Databricks or Power BI • Minimum 2 years of experience directly partnering with business or functional teams to define requirements or process improvements • Minimum 1 year leading or serving as technical lead on a project or workstream • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar • Familiarity with Python for data transformation and automation • Experience utilizing FLIGHT DECK principles to drive standard work and continuous improvement • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business-friendly insights • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
