📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models supporting business functions • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into actionable reporting solutions • Validate source data, monitor report outputs, and document assumptions and definitions to ensure data accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define analytical requirements and contribute to optimized data models and transformation logic • Support self-service BI users through communications, collateral, and training materials • Document KPI definitions, data lineage, and reporting assumptions • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve refresh reliability • Create and maintain effective working relationships with Company employees • Project a professional and appropriate Company image in dealings with clients, vendors, business partners, and visitors • Contribute to the professional culture within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles • Proficiency in SQL, including CTEs and window functions for dataset manipulation • Familiarity with dimensional data modeling and data warehouse concepts • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard design, or other visualization tooling • Excellent ownership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Ability to work independently on multiple projects • Experience collaborating across technical and business teams • Ability to translate analytical findings into business insights • Experience with SMS/Text Servicing or CPaaS platforms is a plus • Experience with Payments Services is a plus • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data sources such as Salesforce or HubSpot • Ability to adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct/Ethics • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Ability to ensure security of company, client, and consumer information
