📋 Description

• Provide technical consultation and leadership during the design process • Communicate with business leaders and key stakeholders on critical issues • Lead and participate in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) teams • Champion Lean methods • Mentor and coach the technical community • Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors for interoperability and reuse • Design, create, fix, and review software written in C# and Python

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering • A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience • U.S. citizenship status required • Significant aviation industry experience desired • Advanced degree from an accredited university in Engineering or related discipline desired • Proven leadership experience with global teams desired • Strong ability to influence others and drive change • Experience in programming C#, C++, Java and/or Python
