📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Traffic Coordinators team, providing guidance, support, and professional development. • Oversee intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of all marketing projects for the Creative Services team. • Collaborate with Growth Strategy Managers, Member Communication Managers, and Creative Services team members to clarify objectives, requirements, and timelines. • Provide expert-level technical oversight of Creative Services workflow, process mapping, and reporting across multiple workstreams. • Assign project personnel and allocate resources based on workload and skill alignment. • Ensure proofing review cycles are executed accurately and efficiently and facilitate stakeholder approvals. • Develop and maintain reports and Workfront dashboards covering project and campaign status, team workload, and operational performance. • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement workflow best practices. • Lead cross-functional Traffic meetings to maintain project tracking, communication, and stakeholder alignment. • Manage rush requests and negotiate tradeoffs to protect the team from burnout. • Support consistent, high-quality, timely, and accurate delivery of marketing materials. • Source and onboard freelancers with creative leadership and procurement; manage freelancer schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience working with creative teams; partnering with designers and copywriters to generate high-volume work in a regulated environment. • 3+ years of experience with proven leadership, accountability and people management skills, with experience steering teams in a creative or marketing environment. • Strong organizational abilities and mastery of workflow, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated problem-solving and process mapping skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude. • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive accountability for results. • Expert-level/super user and consultant of project management systems/platforms, like Workfront. • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office. • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30 Mbps download x 5 Mbps upload) is required. • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms. • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role. • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; employees are not hired from U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine.
