📋 Description

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of assigned client team members • Manage performance metrics, accountability for outcomes, work distribution, and performance evaluations • Ensure seamless integration of Project Management team services • Grow and develop the Project Management team through succession plans and individual development plans • Manage study milestones and proactively communicate with clients • Apply best practices for budget and risk management • Maintain accurate documentation within systems • Coordinate and monitor progress toward Project Management goals • Consult proactively with clients regarding the impact of their decisions and understand how they define success • Manage a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity • Ensure consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs • Monitor and track resolution of client escalations, issues, and concerns • Identify, track, and resolve service failures while taking preventative action • Collaborate across boundaries with global teams, BD Directors, and cross-functional teams to remove barriers and optimize client delivery • Coordinate and manage a regional team and global clients to implement team strategy, structures, processes, and metrics and deliver outstanding client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 3 or more years of people leadership experience with direct reports • 2 or more years of experience overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects • Bachelor’s degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory related discipline (preferred) • 1 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services (preferred) • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities • Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated commitment to collaborative teamwork • High level of initiative with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams • Proven strengths in planning, problem solving, and organizational execution • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and managing change • Experience in team building, influencing stakeholders, and resolving conflict • Track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and to quality standards
