• Lead data-driven improvements in delivery and installation processes to support segment transformation goals • Develop metrics and insights to increase visibility, minimize inefficiencies, and enhance end-to-end execution • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities • Lead predictive model development to forecast trends, guide resource planning, and support strategic business decisions • Promote data transparency and accessibility across the organization • Build and maintain scalable forecasting frameworks integrated with operational data and reporting systems • Promote innovation and continuous improvement • Collaborate with regional and segment leaders to align analytics with local priorities and operational goals • Develop adaptable, scenario-driven analyses for planning, prioritization, and decision-making under uncertainty • Serve as liaison between business and technical teams • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams • Work with stakeholders to identify assumptions, variables, and scenarios reflecting past performance and future uncertainty • Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to incorporate data perspectives into strategy and execution
• Bachelor’s in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • 3+ years experience using Power Automate and Microsoft Office Scripts to automate repetitive workflows • 3+ years experience building AI agents to streamline repetitive data analysis tasks • Ability to lead under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing business environments • Strong analytical skills with a proven record of implementing data-driven process improvements • Experience managing large-scale projects and initiatives successfully • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Skilled in navigating complex challenges through cross-functional collaboration • Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time to manufacturing or customer locations, including overnight stays • Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (desired) • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role (desired) • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, SQL, and Excel (desired) • Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques (desired) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (desired) • Demonstrated ability to support operational transformation through data insights (desired) • Legally authorized to work in the United States; GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
