📋 Description

• Capture, analyze, and validate data to support clinical, operational, and financial performance improvement using qualitative and quantitative techniques • Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and automated analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python • Support enterprise data and reporting systems through data extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and query development • Work with large and complex datasets from healthcare and enterprise systems, including Epic EHR and Epic Clarity • Deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions • Partner with operational, financial, and clinical leaders to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and actionable insights • Support leadership decision-making and performance improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Epic • Knowledge of healthcare finance, decision support, revenue cycle, or other healthcare operational and financial data • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Experience working with large, complex datasets • Ability to communicate insights to business stakeholders • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python • Experience with Epic EHR and Epic Clarity • Ability to perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and query development • Ability to adhere to established data standards
