📋 Description

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on CT and other assigned medical equipment at hospitals or healthcare systems • Troubleshoot and perform basic service repairs on customer equipment • Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installations and complex repairs • Engage team members to determine appropriate customer solutions • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication, resolution, and follow-up • Follow company policies, procedures, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements • Document all work performed daily, including debriefing and ordering parts • Recommend value-added services with customers and/or the sales team • Use the GE HealthCare escalation process and collaborate with regional and national support on corrective action plans • Support experienced Field Engineers onsite and remotely while developing complex repair skills • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience • Or graduation from the GE HealthCare Apprentice Program • Valid driver's license must be maintained • Experience with web applications and Microsoft Suite products • Legal authorization to work in the United States • No employment visa sponsorship available • Ability to work after hours and/or rotating on-call schedules, including weekends • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex/extend neck; and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity
