📋 Description

• Provide troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair for designated GE OEC equipment • Complete preventive maintenance and Field Modification Instructions • Order and manage repair-parts cycle times • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records • Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up • Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment • Manage vendors' service delivery processes in compliance with GE Healthcare policies • Escalate and resolve customer service delivery issues and conduct root-cause analysis • Participate in sales opportunities, including contract renewals and revenue programs • Work with the local team to provide efficient service delivery to assigned accounts • Train clinical staff on designated equipment when needed • Support customer sites across South Los Angeles, the South Bay area of Los Angeles, and Orange County, with additional Pacific Region coverage as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent military education, or Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience combined with successful completion of the GEHC Field Service Engineer Apprentice Program • Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED and 12 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Six Sigma training/certification desired • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to meet applicable Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and regulatory requirements
