📋 Description

• Complete on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance, FMIs and/or ISIs • Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation • Perform basic troubleshooting and service repairs on designated equipment • Communicate and partner with teammates, colleagues, and customers • Ensure customer issue resolution and proper follow-up • Recommend value-added services to help customers operate more efficiently • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records • Order repair parts and manage cycle times • Use the GEHC escalation process and implement corrective action plans • Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts • Engage commercial counterparts and identify potential sales leads • Participate in contract renewals and revenue programs • Build and enhance customer relationships • Monitor competitor information and market trends • Answer service calls independently within one year of employment

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education • Participation in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program is accepted as an alternative • High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Successful completion of GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test • Compliance with customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional drug tests or background checks when applicable • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • No employment visa sponsorship available • Valid driver's license • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck, and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Required vision abilities including color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception • Willingness to work after hours or a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends, as necessary • Expected behaviors include humility, transparency, focus, ownership, and integrity
