📋 Description

• Develop expertise within the finance function • Provide professional or thought leadership • Influence policy and ensure delivery within the finance function, linking with other organizational functions • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity • Present business solutions to functional-area leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and, when applicable, with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence a small business unit, segment, finance family, or P&L business segment • Own or influence budgets • Lead others in finding creative solutions to complex problems impacting the organization • Evaluate information quality and question conflicting data for analysis • Use internal and external resources across functions to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related • 10 years of experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • No employment visa sponsorship available now or in the future
