📋 Description

• Install, monitor, and customize clients' patient care infrastructure systems after hardware or software purchase • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Network Design, Digital Services, customer IT, and biomed teams • Assess and remediate existing infrastructure for new solution installations • Perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment • Lead customer relationships, communications, follow-up, issue resolution, and satisfaction efforts • Consult with IT and biomed on installation requirements and cybersecurity concerns • Mentor and coach local field engineers on installed solutions • Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, technical project plans, technical walkthroughs, and post-warranty customer conversations • Manage vendor service as needed • Instruct personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair • Support engineering of new product releases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience installing and configuring network equipment • 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience • Demonstrated experience communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure • Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures • Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices • Understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities • Ability to travel minimum 90% • CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA certification desired • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas
