• Collaborate with sales, project management, and service organization teams to coordinate customer training • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge across Imaging modalities • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians optimize GE HealthCare MRI equipment • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel according to Sales Order Agreements • Deliver on-site or remote clinical education to drive revenue and customer success • Complete training documentation from pre-training through post-training • Provide ongoing post-installation training and lifecycle support • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication • Escalate product and customer concerns or improvement opportunities to management, sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and technical support teams
• Associate degree or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of MRI patient scanning experience • Minimum 1 year of patient scanning experience on GE HealthCare equipment • ARRT, ARMRIT, or equivalent specific modality certification • Comfortable working in a clinical/patient environment • Proficient with Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Willingness and ability to register with vendor credentialing services required by customer hospitals • Ability to travel extensively, 80+% (4–5 days per week), including overnights and some weekends, via car, air travel, train, and other transportation • Reside near Wisconsin, Chicago, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Iowa • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to comply with customer vaccination mandates where applicable
