• Serve as the primary cardiac and vascular ultrasound clinical expert for the General Imaging organization across the United States and Canada • Support strategic sales opportunities, competitive displacement efforts, and cardiovascular demonstrations • Provide technical and clinical leadership during customer evaluations • Support advanced customer installations, onboarding, application utilization, workflow optimization, and customer confidence • Act as an escalation resource for complex clinical questions and customer concerns • Develop and deliver internal education, training resources, and clinical tools • Collaborate with Product Management, Education, Sales, Service, and clinical teams • Support adoption of new product introductions, advanced imaging features, and workflow enhancements • Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and thought leaders • Capture and communicate field insights, competitive feedback, customer needs, and workflow challenges • Create, manage, coordinate, and deliver training globally to internal and external partners and customers • Perform content developer, trainer, and registrar duties • Provide informal guidance to new team members
• 6+ years of clinical experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound, with demonstrated expertise in advanced cardiovascular applications and workflow • Willingness to travel up to 90% a week as needed • Live within 1 hour of an International Airport • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6+ years in ECHO and vascular ultrasound experience • Registered sonography credential such as RDCS, RVT, RCS, or equivalent cardiovascular ultrasound certification preferred or required based on business standards • Strong understanding of clinical education, application training, customer onboarding, and workflow optimization • Ability to deliver complex clinical and technical information to varied audiences • Experience supporting ultrasound product demonstrations, customer evaluations, competitive positioning, or strategic commercial opportunities • Ability to collaborate across commercial, clinical, product, service, and education teams • Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Previous commercial experience • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound systems, applications, and emerging technologies • Experience mentoring clinical teams or developing scalable training content • Ability to translate customer needs, workflow challenges, and competitive insights into actionable business recommendations • Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available
