📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and solution-focused guidance, advocacy, and support on every call. • Assess clinical information and apply medical necessity criteria. • Coordinate behavioral health physician advisor activities and consult on cases with medical complications. • Coordinate discharge planning with facilities, health services providers, members, and families. • Provide care coordination and facilitate referrals to physical health providers, social services, and disability services. • Record and resolve member and provider inquiries and complaints for first-level appeals. • Triage crisis calls and help ensure safety and access to appropriate care. • Handle and triage Employee Assistance Program service calls. • Maintain accurate and complete system documentation. • Perform administrative tasks and other assigned duties.

🎯 Requirements

• EAP clinical services experience, including clinical call center operations, case management, crisis response, and employer-based programs. • Master’s degree in behavioral health field required. • Clinical licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT). • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours, 8 am to 5 pm PST. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • EAP and call center experience required. • Excellent attention to detail. • Experience using MS Office, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools. • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment. • SAP certification required. • Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus. • 3–5 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
