• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Nuclear Medicine modality • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians achieve optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreements • Coordinate customer training with sales, project management, and service organization teams • Deliver on-site or remote clinical education to drive revenue realization • Complete pre- through post-training documentation accurately and promptly • Provide post-installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication • Communicate product and customer concerns or improvement opportunities to management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support • Work with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate, and deliver training to internal and external partners and customers • Provide informal guidance to new team members
• Minimum 3 years of imaging experience, including at least 3 years of Nuclear Medicine modality experience • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the assigned territory of Illinois • Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory and nationally as business needs require • ARRT or equivalent specific Nuclear Medicine modality certification • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment • Required to travel extensively 90+% (4–5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada via car, air travel, train, and other transportation as necessary • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services used by customer hospitals, including providing proof of MMR and hepatitis immunization and completing drug testing/screening • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • 10+ years of clinical experience preferred • 5+ years of experience with GE Nuclear Medicine modality preferred • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multitask and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment • Stress tolerance • Ability to support strategy and innovation • Exceptional interpersonal skills
