📋 Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance DMT applications, Excel tools, Tableau dashboards, and related reporting workflows • Investigate application defects, dashboard discrepancies, and data integrity concerns; document findings and coordinate resolution • Validate data sources, calculations, filters, joins, mappings, and report outputs for accurate clinical and audit reporting • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, views, filters, and supporting documentation based on approved business requirements • Create, improve, and support Excel workbooks using advanced formulas, PivotTables, data validation, and Power Query, as applicable • Perform testing and user acceptance validation for application, spreadsheet, dashboard, and reporting changes before release • Partner with DMT leaders, clinical reviewers, audit staff, and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical solutions • Maintain source-to-report documentation, data definitions, change logs, testing evidence, and workflow instructions • Provide user support, education, and clear communication regarding application functionality, report logic, and approved changes • Promote CAPLICO values and support a collaborative, quality-driven culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, healthcare informatics, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Two or more years of experience supporting business applications, dashboards, reporting tools, data analytics, or similar technical operations preferred • Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, or enhancing business applications and internal workflow tools required • Experience developing, maintaining, and validating Tableau dashboards and reports required • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data validation, and data reconciliation • Power Query experience preferred • Experience investigating data discrepancies and validating information across multiple systems or source files • Healthcare, clinical operations, revenue cycle, denial management, compliance, or audit experience preferred • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS audit processes, Home Health, Hospice, or clinical documentation workflows preferred • Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, or similar tools preferred • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to explain technical issues, data logic, and system changes clearly to non-technical users in written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, protect confidential information, and maintain organized documentation • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, follow-through, collaboration, and commitment to accurate, auditable, and sustainable solutions
