• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites • Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise on company products • Share clinical knowledge covering product applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff • Provide case support, including operating room and procedure support • Communicate product, clinical, and market information to sales, marketing, and R&D personnel • Support product improvements • Provide clinical support including troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up • Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with implanted products • Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel • Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Set territory strategy and collaborate with clinical education and field engineering peers • Support sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and accounts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment • 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices • Operating room experience • Clinical knowledge of medical device products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques • Ability to provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff • Ability to provide operating room and procedure support • Troubleshooting and programming skills • Patient follow-up experience • Ability to visit hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently
