• Provide on-site customer education for Siemens Healthineers mobile C-arms, including product demonstrations, user training, and applications follow-ups • Consult with customers on workflow needs and identify improvement opportunities • Adjust system parameters and implement methods to optimize image quality and ease of use • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Coordinate with sales, project management, and service teams to schedule customer training events • Partner with Delta’s sales team to identify and meet customer needs and assist in closing sales • Complete regulatory and process documentation in a timely manner • Travel to customer sites and teach users across hospitals, surgery centers, pain management clinics, and other facilities
• Ability to travel extensively up to 80%, with overnight stays generally Monday through Thursday • Certified Clinical Radiographer • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical surgery experience • Strong understanding of surgical procedures • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills • Valid driver's license with a good driving record • Additional ARRT certifications and registries preferred • Previous Applications Specialist experience preferred • Experience using Siemens surgical imaging systems preferred • Teaching experience in a clinical environment preferred • Ability to drive, fly, walk through client sites, and occasionally lift objects up to 25 pounds
