📋 Description

• Execute GEHC customer service contract loading across applicable processes, including additions, deletions, and modifications • Ensure timely and accurate billing for contract and non-contract services • Use Legacy and Support Central systems to manage and complete work • Handle multi-vendor and core GE product-based offerings • Maintain install database accuracy by supporting field teams and external customers via phone and email • Collaborate with field service sales and service, service marketing, and commercial solutions to resolve technical and process-related issues • Manage and prioritize projects with minimal supervision • Support timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes with Service Sales and field service teams • Maintain compliance with GEHC quality, privacy, anti-competition, environmental health, and applicable legal policies • Complete required Quality & Compliance training and address quality or compliance concerns • Ensure contract entry accuracy, configuration integrity, and linkage to documented customer inputs • Drive continuous improvement of related processes, work instructions, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline and minimum one year of customer service experience; or a High School diploma/GED and five or more years of customer service experience • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access • Minimum two years' experience working with Microsoft Excel • Ability to communicate using local language • Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and commitments • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
