📋 Description

• Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts • Provide service agreement and time-and-material program management • Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction • Collaborate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams • Serve as liaison between internal organizations and customers • Hire and develop talent • Manage staffing and performance development • Execute policy and strategy using technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical experience • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects • Explain information and build team consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of related work experience in the healthcare field • Legal authorization to work in the United States • No employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test • Compliance with customer access policies, including required immunizations and additional drug tests or background checks when applicable • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong business acumen • Presentation skills
