• Provide technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales by demonstrating Ultrasound products, uses, capabilities, and benefits to customers • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training; monitor and report training outcomes • Serve as a subject matter expert and clinical liaison to sales, strengthening clinical capabilities, customer relationships, and business opportunities • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate market intelligence to the business • Advance new product features and clinical techniques; develop training plans and strategies for product assimilation and ongoing needs • Support trade shows and professional conferences through product demonstrations and customer training • Act as focal point for the modality/team; identify customer satisfaction issues and assist with escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests • Develop customer relationships, standardize and optimize protocols, and support clinical education initiatives • Promote hybrid training delivery for customers • Maintain pre- and post-training documentation according to global guidance • Maintain safety, quality, Quality Management System, and EHS processes and procedures
• Associate's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of General Imaging Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience • ARDMS certification in Abdomen or OB/Gyn • Willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4–5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US • Must live in San Antonio or the surrounding area • Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare Ultrasound systems • Deep understanding of clinical education training and process implementation • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging for different audiences • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas for this opening • Employment offer conditioned on successful drug screen, as applicable • Candidates may be subject to customer COVID-19 vaccination mandates • Preferred additional certifications: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Adult Cardiac, Breast, or MSK
