📋 Description

• Own the Commercial Real Estate product lifecycle for On-demand HVAC and Submeter Billing from discovery through delivery and iteration • Define and maintain a clear CRE Product roadmap aligned with company goals • Conduct customer interviews, analyze data, and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions • Write clear and concise requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with design and engineering to build intuitive, high-quality experiences • Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption • Track and report on KPIs to evaluate product success and guide improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment • Commercial Real Estate experience a big plus • Proven ability to define and deliver successful products • Strong customer empathy and experience with user research • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams • Data-informed mindset; comfortable with tools like SQL, Looker, or Mixpanel (or willingness to learn) • Comfortable with tools like Figma, Jira, Product Board, Monday.com or similar design and product development tools • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship will be provided) • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies • Technical background or familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud services
