📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for training operations performance and effectiveness • Integrate Spotfire and Smartsheet data into unified analytics platforms • Apply data visualization, statistical analysis, and data interpretation to identify trends and evaluate workforce deployment models • Assess training program effectiveness • Identify performance trends and improvement areas in training delivery and internal customer experiences • Provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making within the training department • Work cross-functionally to understand data needs, gather requirements, and present analytical findings • Enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering • English required; proficient (C2) • Agile Methodology • API Testing • Collaboration Tools • Design Thinking • ERP Testing • Functional Testing • Postman • Quality Assurance (QA) • Quality Management • Regression Testing • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Testing • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Web Service Testing • Certifications listed: CEH, CSM, ISTQB CTFL, ISTQB Certified Tester
