📋 Description

• This is a remote position • We are looking for a Senior RPA architect

🎯 Requirements

• Must Have Agentic design • Shipped, production agentic automation on UiPath • Reasoning / decisioning and dynamic exception routing • Handles inputs not explicitly scripted IXP / document intelligence • Document classification and extraction • Confidence-threshold handling for low-confidence results • Validates fields (member ID, NPI, ICD-10) before acting • Integration & portal resilience • Resilient selectors that survive portal UI changes • Retry / recovery on slow, down, or logged-out sessions • API auth, error handling, idempotency (no double-submit) • System write-back • Accurate read/write to a system of record • Comfort with structured sources (Excel, DB, worklists) • Healthcare domain • Comfort in a regulated / compliance-sensitive (PHI/PII) environment • POD fit • Owns a workstream end-to-end with light direction • Flexes across all three workstreams • Clear documentation and demo communication • Validation • Passes a live technical screen / real code walkthrough
