📋 Description

• Support the build-out and ongoing optimization of Workday Recruiting, including requisition templates, candidate stages, business processes, notifications, and communications • Lead testing for new configurations, releases, and integrations; write test scripts, log issues, and confirm fixes • Provide day-to-day systems support for recruiters and hiring managers and escalate issues to HRIS • Complete new-hire data entry and maintain clean, consistent recruiting data across systems • Audit reporting and document methodology for Talent Acquisition KPIs • Build and deliver monthly operating review reporting on time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, offer acceptance, and recruiter productivity • Create dashboards and recurring reports for staffing decisions • Reconcile People-system data, identify trends and risks, and audit candidate funnels • Partner with Finance to manage requisitions and positions against the approved headcount plan • Administer the employee referral program, coordinate bonus payouts, automate workflows, and report on results • Plan and run recruitment marketing, employer-brand, outreach, and re-engagement campaigns • Source candidates for priority and hard-to-fill roles and research labor markets, competitor pay, and clinician supply • Plan and run Indeed hiring events, including setup, postings, screening, scheduling, and coordination • Build university, graduate-program, career-fair, practicum, internship, and talent-alumni partnerships • Develop recruiter onboarding and maintain process documentation, job aids, and training materials • Run TA NPS and candidate-experience surveys • Build structured interview guides and coordinate interviewer feedback to support timely, fair hiring decisions • Push candidates to the team for hard-to-fill roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Recruiting Operations/TA Operations professional experience in a Workday Recruiting ATS setting • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines • Proven experience mapping current-state processes and recommending improvements to streamline hiring • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Experience creating job aids, training recruiters, and auditing/reporting within Workday ATS • Experience with Workday Recruiting, including ATS configuration, testing, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting • Experience with recruitment marketing, sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and licensing databases • Experience planning hiring events and managing university or graduate-program partnerships • Passion for Geode Health’s mission and ability to contribute as a team player • The role requires working in an evolving, not fully built-out system
