📋 Description

• Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules, including Core Financials, Expenses, Planning, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, Prism, and Reporting • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions • Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and system controls • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders • Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, assessing business impact, and implementing approved enhancements • Support inbound and outbound integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors • Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems • 1+ year of hands-on Workday configuration experience • Experience supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules • Working knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM preferred • Strong analytical mindset with reporting and Excel skills • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset • Ability to work during normal business hours in Central or Eastern time zones • Ability to sit for long periods of time • Fine finger coordination required for typing and using a laptop/mouse • Ability to view a computer screen monitor
