📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend platforms from feature development through production • Lead projects end to end, including features with initially undefined requirements • Build integrations between company platforms and clients' cloud and AI infrastructure • Collaborate with business teams to turn day-to-day workflows into working software • Implement secure authentication, access control, and data governance for sensitive business data • Ship with strong testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability practices • Iterate on features based on real usage and feedback, balancing speed with reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, with hands-on experience across both frontend and backend • Strong TypeScript and Node.js, with backend services shipped to production (NestJS or similar) • Strong React or a similar modern frontend framework (we use Next.js) • Python, with FastAPI or a comparable async framework • Experience creating and maintaining reusable frontend components used across products • Experience building or integrating AI-powered or generative AI tooling • Familiarity with LLM API integrations • Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores • Experience deploying and operating production services on modern platforms such as Vercel, Fly.io, Render, Cloudflare Workers, or Supabase/Firebase, or on a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions), automated testing, and containerized deployments with Docker • Startup or small-company experience • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
