• Serve as the company’s primary interface for relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders • Deliver compliant clinical presentations to academic centers, hospitals, and large group practices • Develop and execute customer engagement plans within the assigned territory • Conduct stakeholder and influence mapping for account plans • Build understanding of Centers of Excellence and Key Opinion Leaders • Enhance clinical acumen and knowledge of reimbursement and infusion oncolytic distribution • Translate territory and account strategies into measurable clinical adoption and business results • Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the patient journey • Review product performance within accounts and evolve actions as needed • Incorporate Regional Business Director feedback to improve skills, strategies, and performance • Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company policies • Travel domestically approximately 50% of the time
• Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline • Minimum 7 years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry • At least 5 years of relevant therapeutic experience in hematology, immune oncology, rare disease, solid tumors, and/or IV infusion products • Experience working with designated accounts, stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders, and executive-level customers • Experience calling on large oncology group practices, hospitals, academic centers/institutions, community markets, and integrated delivery networks • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR record • Must meet credentialing requirements for access to academic institutions, medical facilities, and organizations in the assigned geography • Ability to complete applicable background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization and/or vaccinations • Strong communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills • Key account management and selling competencies • Knowledge of standards of care and emerging clinical trends • Ability to articulate approved, on-label product information • Technical proficiency promoting products in a virtual environment using digital tools • Experience with CRM, business planning, reporting tools, LMS, and related technology • Ability to manage internal relationships, work independently, prioritize, and think strategically • Ability to collaborate with diverse matrixed internal stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset and track record of results • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment • Willingness to contribute to a culture of accountability and collaboration
