📋 Description

• Lead and manage software deployments, implementations, training, technical writing, and software product support • Plan, analyze, schedule, and implement PMRT software products for diverse government environments • Analyze PMRT software usage for existing customers to maximize relevant utilization • Develop and maintain training plans for PMRT software products • Structure formal on-site and virtual customer training sessions for role certifications • Conduct online training covering new-user basics and advanced functions • Maintain PMRT online help files and update documentation • Manage the PMRT help desk by providing telephone and email assistance • Liaise with software development to record anomalies and correct reported outages • Monitor PMRT software design, development, and release activities • Ensure training, documentation, and support products remain accurate and aligned with current functionality • Work with customers, end-users, technical and non-technical personnel • Travel as required and work additional hours or weekends when needed to meet deadlines or travel obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management, or related experience within a Department of Defense (DoD) organization • Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel • Ability to collaborate and communicate with customers and software end-users • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and motivational skills • Critical-thinking ability and willingness to defend views • Experience with IDS products including CCaR and PMRT is desired • Experience with DoD finance, contracting, acquisition, and logistics systems is desired • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline • Experience in lieu of education may be considered with 4 or more years of equivalent work experience • Ability to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods • Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to communicate accurate information and ideas • Ability to lift/carry at least 15 lbs. • Must pass a Federal background investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials • U.S. citizenship required • H1-B visas and other visas are not sponsored • Must complete a written assessment test • Relocation expenses are not compensated
