📋 Description

• Build and scale end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product • Own features from conception through launch and iteration • Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions • Build shared abstractions and experiences that make complex products intuitive • Raise the engineering bar through excellent code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fundamentals: You can trace requests from UI to data store and make good technical decisions at every layer • High agency: Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder. You have a builder's mindset and find creative ways to ship • Pragmatism: You choose the fewest and simplest tools that will actually work • Craft: You care deeply about code quality and translate solutions into bug-free, easily understandable code • Communication: Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences • Growth trajectory: You're operating above your level and growing fast • Experience: Have built complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
