📋 Description

• Own the game release calendar end to end across slots, instant win, crash, table games, and emerging categories • Manage game configuration and lobby operations, including placement, categorization, featuring, jackpots, and promotional mechanics • Maintain content operations playbooks, launch checklists, and QA standards • Project-manage game and provider integrations with Product and Engineering • Track milestones, unblock dependencies, and own launch readiness • Coordinate launch go-to-market activities with Marketing and CRM • Run post-launch reviews and improve the launch process • Serve as the primary operational contact for game studios and aggregators • Manage onboarding, roadmap coordination, issue escalation, and delivery tracking • Prepare and run recurring vendor business reviews • Support sourcing and negotiation efforts with operational due diligence • Monitor game health and uptime and own incident management • Work with Payments & Fraud and Compliance to maintain sweepstakes-model compliance • Act as the escalation point for casino-related player issues and resolve root causes • Track game and lobby KPIs including engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution • Test and optimize lobby placement and merchandising • Retire underperforming games and increase visibility for successful games • Surface performance insights informing content and vendor strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Manager, Casino Operations • Strong background in Casino Operations • Excellent operations and commercial experience • Experience with game release calendars and casino content operations • Experience managing game configuration and lobby operations • Experience project-managing game and provider integrations • Experience coordinating go-to-market launches with Marketing and CRM • Experience with vendor and partner operations • Experience monitoring game health, uptime, and incidents • Experience with performance reporting and KPI optimization • Knowledge of sweepstakes models, compliance, payments, and fraud operations
