📋 Description

• Build a modern, AI-driven technical content and enablement engine and establish Technical Training as Nerdio’s authoritative source for technical education. • Create a modular content library covering Nerdio’s core capabilities, including AVD, Windows 365, Intune/UEM, application management, Auto-scale, image management, and automation. • Build customer and partner enablement roadmaps spanning onboarding, certification, self-serve learning, and technical deep-dives. • Package education for self-paced courses, self-serve libraries and knowledge bases, virtual live training, instructor-led sessions, Masterclasses, and partner enablement programs. • Build learning paths and certification programs for enterprise customer IT administrators and IT leaders. • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new features and architecture changes into practical guidance, including how-to guides, reference architectures, and runbooks. • Co-own the partner and MSP technical education strategy and develop train-the-trainer programs. • Define KPIs and measurement infrastructure covering certification completion, time-to-proficiency, support deflection, CSAT, and feature adoption. • Integrate Docebo data with CRM and product analytics, build cohort comparison frameworks, and report revenue-linked results quarterly to executive leadership. • Chair a cross-functional Education Council and coordinate technical education and enablement across the company. • Lead and coach the Technical Training team while setting goals and measuring impact. • Establish product-development and release processes so training modules ship with product updates. • Feed learner confusion points and technical gaps back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical training, customer education, or enablement within a B2B SaaS or technology company • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of 5+ • Demonstrated experience building a scalable customer or partner education program from early-stage to measurable maturity • Experience with localization requirements • Track record of tying education and enablement programs to retention, revenue, adoption, or support deflection using real data • Experience operating in a dual-motion business serving both direct and channel models • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence across Product, Sales, Partner, Support, and CS/Marketing teams • Microsoft Cloud background • Hands-on experience with a modern LMS; Docebo preferred • Familiarity with content production workflows, certification design, and learning path architecture • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts • Hands-on experience with Nerdio or similar platforms preferred • Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Modern Workplace technologies preferred • Experience with persona-based or solution-based curriculum design preferred • Experience building measurement pipelines connecting LMS data to CRM and product usage data preferred • Experience building or scaling an LMS, self-serve knowledge base, or customer learning academy from the ground up preferred
