📋 Description

• Analyze labor, materials, subcontractor, overhead, and other operating costs to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities • Build and maintain cost models, dashboards, and savings trackers • Support the development of cost-out business cases with data and financial analysis • Track initiative performance, validate savings, and report progress against targets • Work with operation execution, fulfillment, finance, engineering, Product Line, and other functions to gather data and confirm assumptions • Develop deep-dive analysis across value streams at fleet level, including Repairs, Rotables, Engines, and OFS, to identify cost drivers and trends • Identify areas of overspend, inefficiency, or leakage • Prepare regular management reporting and executive summaries • Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for cost reduction initiatives • Ensure data quality and consistency in cost reporting • Assist with benchmarking and comparative analysis across sites, teams, or service lines • Support the Aero Cost Leader by analyzing spend, identifying savings opportunities, tracking cost-out initiatives, and providing financial insights • Help ensure savings opportunities are visible, measurable, and tracked through realization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience • Fluent in the English language • Advanced analytical and numerical skills • Advanced understanding of cost structures in industrial or services environments • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, databases, reporting tools, and ideally ERP/finance systems • Ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong attention to detail • Good communication skills to explain findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
