📋 Description

• Supervise the assembly and installation of mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) systems at hydropower plants, ensuring compliance with deadlines, contractual requirements, and quality standards • Collaborate with Site and Construction Managers to plan activities sequentially, ensuring the availability of the required workforce, tools, and resources • Monitor the competency and performance of subcontractors, ensuring execution strictly follows procedures, technical specifications, and quality guidelines • Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with company safety standards and local regulations, safeguarding the well-being of personnel and the integrity of equipment • Keep drawings and technical documents up to date, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and coordinate technical solutions with engineering teams • Deliver training to customer teams on system operation and provide ongoing technical support during and after the assembly process • Promote process analysis and the sharing of lessons learned with the engineering team to optimize future operations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related field • Previous experience as a BOPm Assembly Supervisor at hydroelectric power plants • Intermediate English is a plus • Intermediate Spanish • Willingness and availability to travel frequently internationally and domestically and to work at project sites
