📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes across Gas Power Services • Define process design, governance, standardization, adoption, training, performance management, and continuous improvement • Drive productivity improvements, including eliminating more than 30,000 hours of non-value-added activities • Define and maintain CLM process strategy and multi-year roadmap • Establish standard work across business lines, regions, and functions • Improve customer experience, cycle time, quality, compliance, risk visibility, and commercial effectiveness • Own CLM performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting • Identify process gaps, pain points, and future-state requirements and translate them into process and system enhancements • Manage the DocuSign vendor relationship, including SOWs, phased rollouts, design reviews, steering committees, and deployment timelines • Define requirements and priorities for expanded CLM capabilities and commercial workflows • Evaluate business cases for CLM capabilities and adjacent improvements using automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics • Partner with IT, Commercial Tools & Processes, and Global Process Excellence for solution design, testing, deployment, and value tracking • Lead CLM governance, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, issue escalation, and change control • Drive enterprise adoption through change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement • Communicate performance, roadmap progress, risks, decisions, and support requirements to senior leadership • Benchmark and incorporate best practices across GE Vernova businesses, P&Ls, and functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • Extensive experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Process Excellence, or a related field • Strong understanding of Gas Power Services commercial operating processes and contract execution workflows • Demonstrated experience owning, improving, or governing cross-functional business processes in a complex global operating environment • Proven ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across stakeholders, functions, and regions • Strong executive communication skills, including synthesizing complex issues, presenting recommendations, and influencing senior leadership • English required • Preferred: Deep understanding of Gas Power commercial tools and processes, including NEX, CPQ, Delegation of Authority (DOA), Finsum, CSA modeling, ERP systems, and related commercial platforms • Preferred: Experience leading business process transformation, operating model design, or enterprise process standardization initiatives • Preferred: Familiarity with Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and process performance management • Preferred: Experience working at the intersection of business process ownership and digital tool enablement
