📋 Description

• Lead execution of Simple and Combined Cycle projects within GE Vernova’s Heavy Duty Gas Power business • Serve as overall execution leader for a mega project or multiple projects with a key customer • Act as primary customer point of contact throughout the project lifecycle from contract inception through final closure • Define and iterate on long-term project strategies • Manage interconnected health of multiple projects, balancing resources, risks, and performance targets across the portfolio • Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex cross-functional bottlenecks • Align diverse internal and external stakeholders toward a unified long-term vision • Develop executive customer relationships and drive cross-portfolio issue resolution, claims management, and project execution • Directly lead and develop Project Managers, including coaching, performance feedback, development planning, and talent assessment • Mentor high-potential Project Managers and functional leads and build a sustainable leadership pipeline • Champion continuous learning, knowledge sharing, LEAN, and Kaizen principles • Optimize Estimates at Completion and Cost-to-Come projections and lead margin maximization through control of cash, revenue, and invoicing cycles • Lead negotiations on complex change orders and vendor claims • Own the portfolio Risk & Opportunity register and quantify portfolio-level risks • Enforce EHS and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • 10+ years of experience leading mega-projects or complex portfolios within the Energy or large-scale infrastructure sectors • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, and sustainable project strategies • Proven experience developing talent, coaching project teams, and building a high-performance culture within a matrixed organization • Experience with performance management, employee development, and leading Project Managers or comparable professional roles preferred • Proven record of identifying systemic issues and implementing solutions across interdependent workstreams • Advanced ability to represent the organization at the C-Suite level, facilitate high-stakes negotiations, and manage sensitive customer communications • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
