📋 Description

• Design and optimize the EHS organizational structure within Wind Services • Act as the primary EHS counterpart to the Global Services Leader and partner with regional and contractor operational leaders • Translate complex safety data into actionable business strategy • Collaborate with Wind EHS Centers of Excellence to make global programs practical, scalable, and effective • Direct implementation of EHS initiatives across services regions, including O&M, Blades, and MCU high-risk operations • Embed safety standards into maintenance tasks, repairs, and field interventions • Own the contractor safety lifecycle and enforce Life Saving Rules • Lead global deployment of EHS programs with Regional EHS Leads • Lead monthly reporting and problem-solving for Wind Services EHS KPIs, including Wind Services and Wind EHS MOR preparation and action planning • Lead investigations of high-risk near misses, serious injuries, fatalities, and Level A, B, and PSE incidents • Direct risk assessment and safety assurance efforts • Develop strategic initiatives to reduce incident rates, Level A/B recordables, and PSEs • Champion the Fatality-Free journey and promote a safety culture • Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing global EHS team • Mentor WSO operational leaders • Report EHS performance, challenges, compliance, and safety maturity progress to senior WSO leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an EHS-related field • Advanced degree preferred • Experience leading large-scale, complex, and geographically dispersed organizations in high-hazard industries • Experience in EHS management or executing EHS programs in the field • Understanding of EHS as a business enabler and ability to balance rigor with agility • Strong communication, persuasion, influence, and alignment-building skills across diverse global teams • Ability to communicate effectively with field and executive leaders • Strong risk management experience driving down incident rates through proactive leadership and structural change • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
