📋 Description

• Manage operational cash flow, billings, collections, past-due tracking, and bank reconciliations • Prepare 3-year business plans, budgets, and forecasts with business leaders • Conduct pacing and early-read analysis • Analyze profitability and cash-generation performance • Propose corrective action plans and support cost-out/productivity initiatives • Provide P&L and corporate reporting, monitor variances, and report discrepancies to CPM and PFM teams • Monitor PMX projects and review/approve EV project markups • Track unbilled projects (WIP/ECA) • Coordinate PMX upside allocation via Unify • Perform balance-sheet reconciliations across three countries according to GE and Kuwaiti governance standards • Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities • Support statutory filings for GEGS and GEII • Participate in weekly SOF management calls • Liaise with GE Treasury and Gas Power FP&A teams • Coordinate with CPM, PFM, Alpha, Statutory, Gas Power FP&A, and GE Treasury teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role • Advanced technical skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze information to build reports and presentation • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English, both verbal and written • Strong communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, influencing, leadership, technical, change agent, facilitation, interpersonal, supportive, and responsive skills • Ability to partner in cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function • Ability to grasp new ideas quickly and retrieve insights from a great amount of data • Ability to anticipate, identify, propose, and resolve complex financial issues • Demonstrated business acumen and project management skills • Strong prior experience in commercial Finance and/or in the energy industry • Demonstrated team management ability in a matrix environment
