📋 Description

• Own the financial performance narrative for a critical business segment • Lead high-impact financial planning, analysis, and reporting • Translate complex business dynamics into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation • Assess returns on capital, assets, and overall value creation using sophisticated analysis and business drivers • Shape priorities and operating programs across the functional area to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic and operational decisions • Use data-driven recommendations and clear, compelling storytelling • Leverage multiple data sources and external market perspectives to challenge conventional thinking • Identify root causes and solve complex, ambiguous business problems • Advance financial best practices with autonomy • Maintain enterprise perspective and alignment across diverse teams, functions, and geographies • Lead high-impact programs from strategy through execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University with 8+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Income Statement management; or High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of relevant experience • Demonstrated success in financial management within a complex, multi-layered business environment • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo thinking, and drive consensus across organizational levels • Proven ability to synthesize complex financial concepts into simple, actionable insights for senior executives • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying root causes and developing innovative, data-driven solutions • Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact programs from strategy through execution, balancing competing priorities and resources • Proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping the business pivot to stay ahead of market dynamics • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
