📋 Description

• Oversee site activities for installation and commissioning of HRSGs and associated equipment • Assist with installation of HRSG components, piping, and auxiliary systems • Interpret sketches and drawings for construction and installation sequencing • Review HRSG installation method statements • Report commercial and technical deviations using quality records and non-conformance reports • Ensure subcontractors and partners provide inspection test plans, reports, and quality documentation for system turnover certification • Support technical issue resolution with GE Vernova engineering and submit Engineering Request cases • Review welding procedure specifications and welder qualifications • Enforce safety protocols for heavy lifting and review lifting plans • Ensure HRSG piping installation and testing meet project specifications • Oversee hydrotests and post-hydrotest preservation • Validate cleaning methodologies, chemical cleaning processes, and safety valve settings • Ensure waste disposal complies with local environmental standards • Identify and resolve cross-disciplinary site interferences • Issue progress reports to the Construction Manager, Site Manager, and TK/SI Installation Leader • Prepare and execute HRSG tests, performance tests, and reliability runs • Use Process and Instrumentation Diagrams for system checks • Support instrumentation setting and testing and logical checks

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in Project Management & Construction and Commissioning • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 0–3 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Project management skills • Advanced problem-solving abilities • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Interpersonal and leadership skills • Oral and written communication proficiency • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments • Proficiency in computer tools used for project management and communication • Adaptability and flexibility • Available to travel for long-term assignments (100%) at construction sites within the US • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
