📋 Description

• Oversee site activities related to HRSG and associated equipment installation and commissioning • Assist the Erector with HRSG components, piping, and auxiliary systems installation • Ensure installations comply with design specifications and required sequences • Review HRSG installation method statements for safety and effectiveness • Report commercial and technical deviations through quality records/NCRs and follow up to resolution • Ensure subcontractors and partners provide ITPLs, reports, and quality documentation for system turnover certification • Support technical issue resolution with GE Vernova engineering by submitting Engineering Request cases • Review welding procedure specifications and welder qualifications before welding begins • Enforce safety protocols for heavy lifting and review installation-company lifting plans • Oversee HRSG piping installation, testing, hydrotests, preservation, cleaning, chemical cleaning, and safety valve settings • Ensure waste disposal complies with local environmental standards • Identify and resolve cross-disciplinary site interferences • Issue progress reports to the Construction Manager, Site Manager, and TK/SI Installation Leader • Prepare and execute HRSG tests, performance tests, and reliability runs • Use P&IDs for system checks • Support instrumentation setup and testing and logical checks for transmitters, vibration detectors, and position switches

🎯 Requirements

• 5-15 years experience in Project Management & Construction and Commissioning • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 16 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Ability to oversee installation and commissioning of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) and associated equipment • Ability to interpret sketches and drawings for construction • Project management skills • Advanced problem-solving abilities • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments • Proficiency in computer tools used for project management and communication • Adaptability and flexibility • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
