📋 Description

• Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives within Gas Power • Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations • Provide service agreement, fixed price, and time and material program management • Interact with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams • Perform all contract performance-related activities, typically tied to a customer site • Interface between the customer and project team, managing information and requests • Ensure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of project progress • Negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues • Ensure adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications • Manage financial and technical metrics specific to contracts • Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions with minimal supervision • Support managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts • Act as customer liaison on contract matters • Manage staffing and performance development • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects • Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 5 years Power Industry experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience with field engineering / Gas or Steam turbine maintenance experience • Must live within 1 hour drive of the two sites covered by this role • Sites in the Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL area • Knowledge and experience within the power industry • Experience planning and executing outages • Familiarity with Contractual Service Agreements • Strong quality background with Black Belt certification • Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills • Knowledge of the Field Service Portal (FSP) systems • Experience working with customer leadership teams • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
