📋 Description

• Develop forecasts for third-party Steam Turbine repair demand aligned with network capacity and demand • Allocate customer demands to appropriate third-party repair shops based on needs and capacity • Collaborate with regional CPM, Sales, SI&OP, commercial, operations, sourcing, and stakeholder teams • Oversee repair job intake, data entry, pipeline monitoring, weekly S&OE rhythm, and backlog status • Manage repair demand logistics, shipments, order commitments, and customer promise dates • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, issues, and regional escalations • Lead issue-resolution strategies and take action on delivery-cycle and on-time-delivery challenges • Drive customer fulfilment KPIs and communicate results and initiatives • Develop supply plans and manage Line of Balance inputs • Support third-party suppliers by managing backlog, balancing workloads, and optimizing processes • Oversee short-cycle orders, reduce processing time, and minimize backlog • Lead LEAN projects and standardize, simplify, and integrate systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field • Minimum of five years of technical or planning experience in the power industry • Experience in Services and Customer Order and Fulfilment / Material Management • Strong repairs or technical background focused on Steam Turbine and related technologies • Strong understanding of key business drivers and work-process improvement • Strong project and stakeholder management skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database tools • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
