• Triage patient calls to ensure appropriate scheduling • Collect patient demographics required to set up appointments • Schedule and enter appointment dates and times in Athena's computerized scheduler • Record filled or canceled appointments • Answer telephone inquiries or direct callers to appropriate personnel • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working in a high-volume call center environment • Great attention to detail and data-entry accuracy • Ability to handle calls professionally, friendly, and enthusiastically • Excellent professional customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel • 3+ years of experience
