📋 Description

• Create medical record request invoices in the MedRelease software • Follow up internal feedback mechanisms to ensure that any issues are resolved • Assist the Audit Invoicing Manager with resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents • Work with other internal teams to resolve issues found • Respond to invoicing inquiries from third-party requesters • Record relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle • Uphold HealthMark Group's C.R.A.F.T. values • Work quickly to meet high-volume demand • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy and security policies • Report known or suspected unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of PHI immediately • Complete required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work quickly and diligently, independently, and as part of a team • Ability to answer basic department questions • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within company departments • Ability to make intelligent decisions according to department guidelines • Experience with medical record auditing would be beneficial • Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements • Adherence to all HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy and security policies • Timely completion of required company-sponsored and regulatory training programs
