📋 Description

• Provide advanced diagnostics for GE Vernova control systems via secure remote connectivity • Use the Remote Service Gateway to analyze live HMI data and resolve high-complexity issues for RDS and TSA contracts • Serve as a trusted technical interface for global customers and regional teams • Deliver clear operational guidance during high-urgency events • Own individual case metrics and KPIs in line with global 24/7 responsiveness standards • Own and refine technical documentation and Work Instructions • Identify and implement Lean improvements to increase remote resolution velocity • Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide peer-to-peer coaching • Serve as a technical conduit between Remote Diagnostic Services and M&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power generation control systems • Hands-on experience with GE Vernova MKVIe Controls, EX2100e/EX2100 excitation systems, and LS2100e/LS2100 static starter systems • Proven experience troubleshooting complex control system issues in remote support environments • Ability to participate in a global coverage rotation supporting 24/7 service delivery • Background in heavy-duty gas and steam operations, HMI, networking, and generator protection • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and secure remote connectivity, such as RSG • Demonstrated success identifying process gaps and implementing technical Work Instructions or diagnostic improvements • Experience working within a global matrix organization • Familiarity with Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP, and cybersecurity standards • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
