📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the full scope of site activities during the Inquiry to Order and/or Order to Remittance phases for construction, installation, and commissioning • Act as the primary on-site leader and report directly to the Project Director • Manage, lead, and develop the site team, including contractors and subcontractors • Manage site resources and logistics, including equipment, materials, and facility maintenance • Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, cost parameters, contractual obligations, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services • Drive operational excellence through regular site inspections and audits • Maintain site records, progress reports, daily logs, safety documentation, and quality control checks • Communicate complex messages, negotiate internally, and present business or technical solutions to leaders • Engage and potentially negotiate with external partners, vendors, customers, and regulatory bodies • Implement and enforce safety programs and protocols to support a zero-incident culture and high quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a relevant industry • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget • Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and safety regulations • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
