📋 Description

• Support ITO Project Managers, Project Directors, and Commercial Operations teams in planning and preparing proposals for advanced nuclear power plant contracts • Define scope, schedule, budget, and risk profiles for customer proposals • Organize and coordinate project planning phases and execution strategies • Schedule and facilitate customer, internal, and supplier kickoff and review meetings • Gather inputs from engineering, supply chain, licensing, and other functional teams • Develop, issue, and maintain Project Management Plans, procedures, rosters, and training tracking • Organize and archive project and proposal correspondence and records according to the Project Configuration Management Plan • Monitor and control proposal/project deliverables and track budget, schedule, quality objectives, risks, and action items • Draft and issue meeting notes, action item lists, and periodic project progress reports • Maintain alignment between proposal planning assumptions and active project execution feedback and lessons learned • Design, build, and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards tracking proposal and commercial initiative status • Provide high-level portfolio overviews to commercial and execution teams to support data-driven decision-making and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college • At least 3 years of experience working on projects • Experience building and managing data dashboards, specifically PowerBI • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to obtain authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or another STEM discipline is desired • Fundamental-level financial, accounting, or financial control knowledge • Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs • Knowledge of the power industry, customer base, and competitive environment • Strong oral and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization tools • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities • Strong process orientation and problem-solving abilities • Independent, self-motivated work ethic
