📋 Description

• Participate in site work strategy definition with the Project Director and Construction leader • Build and update the project financial and physical progress tracking structure for site works monthly • Perform weekly site schedule updates comparing planned versus actual progress with the site manager and project planner • Coordinate communications across project teams to secure project planning and execution • Participate in customer meetings • Identify scope management changes for site works and provide oversight regarding quantity and quality impacts • Track project site documentation for timely issuance to the customer, including methods, site quality plans, and commissioning reports • Engage in risk mitigation and opportunity assessment • Prepare requests for quotations and purchase requests for site works subcontracting • Manage specific vendor packages at site, including piping, painting, and machining • Prepare detailed mobilization planning using framework documentation and checksheets and ensure resource-loading requirements are met • Lead the mobilization tollgate review representing Construction and Commissioning in project-related reviews • Anticipate site mobilization activities, including tooling, safety equipment, warehousing, office infrastructure, worker accommodations, and specific site training • Prepare and lead site demobilization at project completion

🎯 Requirements

• College or bachelor’s degree in management or engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), or relevant proven field experience • 5+ years in project management organization in Construction or Commissioning • Project Management Certification desired • Experience with technical concepts, including hydropower technology, turbines, generators, and mechanical and electrical balance of plant systems desired • Field management experience desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Leadership skills • Availability to travel within USA at least 30% of the time • Strong and demonstrated EHS culture • Attention to quality management and continuous improvement of quality culture • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
